Spending time with like-minded individuals - people who hold the same values as you and people who are both inspired and inspiring - is one way to keep your light shining.
These are not just 'Follow the Sun' Yoga events but all workshops, talks, retreats and fun gatherings that excite me and keep me feeling alive. I would like to share them with you (and hopefully see you at a few of them).
Discover your inner sunshine, what inspires you and what makes you shine.
Yoga is a beautiful way to bring balance back into your life and feel connected again.
In this workshop, learn ancient yogic tools to live your passion and love your life.

After the success of our trip in July 2013 we have another incredible trip to Bali to look forward to in 2014. A few elements have been changed but the essence is the same – yoga on the beach, yoga in a local studio, peaceful meditations, cycling through the rice paddies, snorkelling in crystal bay, relaxing on the beach, sipping on cocktails and discovering ways to follow your sunshine.
This yoga holiday is not your average Yoga retreat. It has been organized with fun and freedom in mind, with a gentle approach to finding your yogic enlightenment.
Light up your life and travel with me to Bali for sunshine and inspiration.
